Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

2. Using the service

You may use AI Short Clipper to create clips from videos you own or have permission to use. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is hateful, sexual involving minors, or violent, and not to misuse, overload or reverse engineer the service.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your videos and clips. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload each video.

4. Plans, minutes and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• Minutes are counted by the length of each uploaded video.
• Unused minutes on paid plans roll over while your subscription stays active, and end when it is cancelled.
• Prices are in PKR and may change with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. AI output

Clips, captions, titles and scores are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Please review them before posting. Virality scores are estimates, not guarantees of views.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.

10. Governing law and contact
