This policy explains what information AI Short Clipper collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted), or the details Google shares if you sign in with Google.
Videos and content: the videos you upload, their transcripts, and the clips, captions and titles we create from them.
Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We receive the plan, amount and payment status, not your full card or wallet details.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

2. How we use your information

To process your videos and create clips.
To run your account, billing and minute balance.
To answer support requests.
To improve the service, fix problems and prevent abuse.
To send service emails, and product news if you opt in.

3. Your videos

Your uploads and clips are private to your account. Source videos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Free plan clips are deleted after 30 days, and paid plan clips are kept while your subscription is active. We do not use your videos to train AI models without your permission.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers for cloud storage, transcription and AI processing, payments, email and analytics. They process data only to provide their service to us and under confidentiality obligations.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your videos and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, download or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in every email.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
