Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your plan. Here is how refunds work.
1. 7-day first payment refund
If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on any plan, as long as you have used less than 60 minutes of processing in that period.
2. Renewals
Monthly and yearly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
3. Failed or broken processing
If a video fails to process because of a problem on our side, the minutes are returned to your balance automatically. Contact us if they are not.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@aishortclipper.com from your account email with your payment date and method. Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, JazzCash or Easypaisa) within 5 to 10 working days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
